Power of Fruits

We see fruits almost everyday but we donīt know about the great nutritional and healthy power of common fruits.
Almost every fruit is good for you, but many of them have special uses in natural medicine:

  • Lemon
    Contains vitamins A, B3, B12, B2, B6, PP, C, Calcium, Sodium, Magnesium, Citric Acid. It eliminates the sensation of been tired and prevents the colds, good for the heart diseases and abnormal quantity of fat. Also helps again fevers, lung diseases and headaches .The normal dosis in a daily basis is around 50 to 120 mg.
  • Apple
    Contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B3 and C, Calcium, Potasium, Magnesium, Citric Acid, Sugar, Sacarose and Pectine. Is recommended in cases of insomnium, stress and headaches. Very rich in fiber helps with the normal digestive process, care of the skin and again dhiarreas. Good with milk, cereals and honey making a great complement in the breakfast. The normal dosis in a daily basis is around 500 to 700 gr.
  • Watermelon
    Contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6 PP and C, Sodium, Calcium and Magnesium. It helps with desorders of the digestive process, helps in the care of the skin and problems with fat because the low level of sugar. Never eat watermelon after the main foods , always 15 minutes before. The normal dosis in a daily basis is around 100 to 150 gr.
